A Welland man has been charged in connection to an incident on the Steve Bauer Trail.
On Monday just after 5:00pm, police responded to a call from a woman claiming she was assaulted by a man with a dog, before he exposed himself to her.
28-year-old Nathan Jolin has since been arrested and charged with sexual assault and an indecent act. Detectives believe there may be additional victims, and are asking anyone with information to reach out.
