Police in Pelham are cracking down on speeders on Effingham Road.
In response to a number of complaints from members of the community police set up an enforcement initative on the road, which is a 50km/hour zone, to make sure motorists are driving the speed limit.
In total, eight speeding tickets were handed out, as well as three warnings. Police remind you that all road users, including motorists and cyclists alike, must obey posted speed limits.
