Niagara Regional Police have arrested a 68-year-old Niagara Falls man following an investigation into the online luring of minors.
The investigation began in June, when police allege the suspect began communicating online for a sexual purpose with someone he believed to be under the age of 16.
Members of the Internet Child Exploitation Unit, posing as a youth, engaged with the suspect to further the investigation.
On Tuesday, July 15, detectives arrested Paul Derose. He is now facing charges related to child luring.
