Niagara Regional Police are investigating a hit and run fatality in Niagara Falls.
Last week, police put out a call to identify a white Audi SUV that allegedly hit a pedestrian on Dorchester Road between Lundy's Lane and McLeod Road on August 10th.
Police say the victim, a 63-year-old Niagara Falls man, died of their injuries on August 14th. Police are asking anyone with video footage from the area between 9:30pm and 10:30pm on August 10th to reach out if the vehicle is seen on video.
