
Niagara College is opening select courses from its School of Wine, Beer & Spirits to part-time learners this Fall.
Courses available include Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management, Artisan Distilling, and Winery and Viticulture Technician, giving learners a chance to earn full academic credit.
The college adds that classes will be offered in flexible formats, including online, evening, and hands-on sessions in the College’s labs, production facilities, and vineyard.
Registration is open until mid-September, with limited seats available, and early registration is recommended.
