A new survey suggests Canada Border Services Agency and CSIS are among the least-recommended federal workplaces.
The 2024 Public Service Employee Survey found only 46 per cent of CBSA employees and 48 per cent of CSIS staff would call their workplace a great place to work, compared to 67 per cent across the public service overall.
CBSA says many factors affect employee satisfaction and that it is working to improve well-being and safety.
The results also show CBSA employees reported lower satisfaction on work-life balance and recognition than the public service average.
