What's Good in Niagara? River Lions players to take part in summer camps

The Niagara River Lions are working on creating the next generation of River Lions - one summer camp at a time.

This week, the team announced three upcoming camps for July, with three of their current roster members running the camps.

Business Operations Manager Tyler Vincent says the camps will be divided by age, and not as big as some traditional summer camps.

Khalil Ahmad, Nathan Cayo and AJ Davis will be the River Lions running each camp, starting with Davis next week working with players aged 14 to 18.

Vincent says getting players to agree to running camps wasn't difficult at all.

Camps run on Tuesdays from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, starting next week at the Meridian Centre.
