The Niagara 48

Here's what's going on!

Here’s what’s going on in Niagara over the next 48 hours.

STUFF TO DO

Today: Join the City of St. Catharines for a flag raising ceremony in honour of Children's Mental Health Awareness Week, hosted by Pathstone Mental Health. This year marks a powerful theme: Unmasking Mental Health. Come together to show support for children’s mental health and raise awareness across our community. Attendees are encouraged to wear green, flag raising starts at 1:00pm.

Wednesday: Join NC Sustainability’s Katie Bristow for a walk around campus focusing on being present with nature. Studies have shown that being connected to nature and spending time outdoors can improve mood and decrease stress levels.

All week: The City of Port Colborne is celebrating 'Screen-Free Week'. All week long, swing by the Port Colborne Library to enjoy all of the fun activities there - that don't require a screen! Library card however, is required.
