Niagara Regional Police have laid charges following an investigation into a collision that occurred on September 9 in the area of Forks Road near Mills Race Road in Wainfleet.
After a detailed review of the incident, officers determined there were grounds to proceed with charges. On December 3, 34-year-old Logan William Beam of Simcoe was arrested at NRPS headquarters.
Beam is charged with dangerous operation causing bodily harm, impaired operation by drug, operation at or above low blood drug concentration, unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a firearm and possession of a Schedule III substance.
