Niagara Regional Police are investigating suspicious person incidents in Thorold.
Police say on August 4th, 5th and 7th, reports were made about a suspicious male grabbing female victims before fleeing on a stand-up motorized scooter. Police say the incidents happened in the following areas:
- Richmond Avenue and Romy Crescent
- Schmon Parkway and Merrittville Highway
- Confederation Avenue and Keefer Road
The suspect is described as a tall black man, between the ages of 20 and 30 with a slim build.
