Niagara Falls City Hall will close to the public starting today as renovations get underway to improve customer service and enhance the visitor experience.
A partial reopening is planned for Monday, September 15, with limited access to Council Chambers and select services.
Full public access is expected to resume by Monday, October 20.
The upgrades are part of the City’s ongoing efforts to deliver faster, more accessible, and user-friendly services.
During the closure, residents can reach City staff by phone or online at niagarafalls.ca, or visit the MacBain Community Centre and Wayne Thomson Building for in-person assistance.
