Project Brew returns to the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake on Friday, December 5, giving the public a chance to experience the next wave of craft beer talent.
The student-led festival is the capstone project for graduates of Niagara College’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program, where they showcase skills honed over 16 months by creating their own signature brews from concept to pint.
Attendees can sample 15 original, student-crafted beers and vote for their favourite to help determine the People’s Choice Award winner. Food will be available for purchase from Benchmark staff.
Following the event, limited-edition cans of Project Brew beers will be sold at the College’s Wine Visitor + Education Centre, while supplies last.
