
Niagara Regional Police have arrested a St. Catharines man following an investigation into an alleged indecent act.
Police say a third-party group, using online decoy tactics, confronted a man they believed to be attempting to prey on a child.
The group turned over its evidence to police after the confrontation.
On Wednesday, August 13, detectives arrested 49-year-old Darren Fox of St. Catharines.
He faces charges of child luring, making sexually explicit material available to a child, and producing written and audio child pornography.
