Port Cares has already distributed over 5,800 hot meals in 2025
As economic pressures cause more than half of Canadians to cut back on donations, Leon’s is stepping up with a $10,000 gift to Port Cares’ Reach Out Centre Food Bank in Port Colborne.
The donation will help purchase food for local families in need.
In 2025 alone, Port Cares has already distributed over 5,800 hot meals, 4,500 school lunches, and supported nearly 2,400 food bank visits.
The donation was personally presented by a member of the Leon family who resides locally, underscoring the company’s commitment to community support despite challenging economic times.
