Collision occurred on June 29
Niagara Regional Police have arrested a 22-year-old woman in connection with a serious crash in Lincoln.
Investigators say on June 29 a vehicle travelling the wrong way on North Service Road caused a Harley-Davidson motorcycle to swerve, colliding with another car.
The rider and passenger were critically injured. The suspect vehicle fled the scene.
Following an investigation, police arrested Simran Khoja of Nepean.
She's charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm and failing to remain at the scene.
