More than 12,000 people accessed TCAG at some point in 2024
The Thorold Community Activities Group is hosting its Pancake Run this weekend, all with the goal of getting more and more people involved.
Elizabeth Pereira is the Development Coordinator for the TCAG, and says the event is open to participants of all abilities, with a nice sweet treat afterwards.
Registration for the event ranges from $10 for youth and students, to as much as $125 for a team of 2 to 6 people, with prices varying based on race length and whether or not you sign up in advance.
Pereira says all money will go back into making TCAG more accessible for all.
In 2024, over 12,000 residents used the TCAG.
The race is set for Saturday, with Sunday bookmarked as a rain date.
