Phase one allows users to view objectives, phase two to include progress updates
The City of Welland has launched a new online dashboard to track progress on its 2023-2026 Strategic Plan.
The tool offers residents an interactive way to explore the City's priorities, including Economic Growth, Health and Well-being, Environmental Stewardship, and Livability.
Phase one of the rollout allows users to view objectives and actions already underway, with opportunities to ask questions by email.
A second phase, launching in July, will add detailed progress updates on each initiative. The city says this reflects its broader push for transparency and collaboration.
