Live music planned for both events
Municipalities in Niagara are planning to celebrate Canada Day with a bang.
The City of St. Catharines announced plans recently for its third Lakeside Long Weekend at Lakeside Park, which includes festivities on both June 30th and Canada Day.
Meantime, Niagara Falls will hold celebrations at Firemen's Park between 11:00am and 6:00pm, with a number of shuttle buses set up for residents.
Both will include live music and activities for children, while St. Catharines will host a fireworks show starting at 10:00pm Canada Day.
