Next meeting scheduled for early July
Port Colborne’s new Healthcare Advisory Committee has held its first meeting, kicking off efforts to improve access to local healthcare services.
Nurse Practitioner Sydney McDowell was elected Chair, and longtime family physician Dr. Philip McGarry was named Vice-Chair.
Both bring extensive healthcare experience to the committee, which aims to create an evidence-based strategy for addressing local needs.
The next meeting is scheduled for early July and will be open to the public.
