Canada Post offers 13.6% raise, proposes weekend delivery; CUPW pushes back

CUPW posted eight reasons why new offer falls short

Canada Post has turned down a proposed two week truce yesterday and has tabled new offers to postal workers.

It including a 13.6% wage increase over four years, protects pensions, benefits, and job security for current employees.

With that, Canada Post is also proposing weekend parcel delivery and part-time roles with benefits.

CUPW is reviewing the offer, but did post on their website 8 reasons why the current offer falls short of their expectations.
