The Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute at Brock University is expanding access to its Canadian Wine Library, inviting researchers, special interest groups, and media to explore Canada’s top vintages.
Home to over 44,000 bottles, the CWL is a non-profit collection of the country’s finest VQA and domestic wines.
The initiative, originally launched through an agreement in 1998, helps producers understand how wines age through expert tastings.
