Today: The Alzheimer Society of Niagara Region is holding an event that's discussing ageism and how to best stay safe as you age. Dion McParland from the society will also touch on resources available within the region, the event is being held at the St. Catharines Kiwanis Aquatic Centre starting at 1:30. 

Today: Fitz Gardens is holding a Pay-What-You-Can Produce Market at Robertson Hall in St. Catharines. The event, starting at 5:00pm until they sell out, is cash only - and gives residents access to affordable, healthier options. You're encouraged to bring your own bag. 

Thursday: Fusion School of Performing Arts is holding their Eras Tour Dance Recital at the First Ontario Performing Arts Centre! The group is celebrating 15 years of Fusion in St. Catharines, with the show starting at 5:30pm.
